'Reward System'
Rules and Regulations:
To receive points, the youth must fulfill the following criteria:
- full participation during a youth activity
- demonstrate Christian behavior
- follow the directions of adults and other youth given leadership roles
How to Earn Points:
Attendance at age group meeetings . . . . . . . . . . 10 Points
Bringing bible to age group meetings . . . . . . . . . 2 Points
Participation at meeting devotionals . . . . . . . . . . 2 Points
Bringing a friend to monthly meetings . . . . . . . . . . 2 Points
* Attendace at all-age group activities . . . . . . . . . 10 Points
** Participation at all-age group activities . . . . . . . 5 Points
*** Out of age group participation . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5 Points
* All-age group activities include any youth events that all ages are invited, such as the youth reception, youth conference, youth rallies, youth appreciation, masquerade, fun day, bible bowls, etc.
** These point will only be rewarded if all youth had an opportunity to receive them, such as singing, skits, mini-sermons, poems, etc.
*** Out of age group participation includes preparing, serving, cleanup, or any form of participation in any age group activity that is not his group's planned event.
Report Cards:
Points for report cards will be given as follows:
- turning in report cards . . . . . 5 Points
- A-B Honor Roll . . . . . 7 Points
- A Honor Roll . . . . . 10 Points
In addition to points, students making the A Honor Roll will receive a $10 gift card and a gift bag, and students making A-B Honor Roll will receive a gift bag.
Rewards:
The youth with the top 5 points earned will be awarded a gift at Fun Day in June. The male and female youth with the most points earned for the year will receive a free trip to the youth conference at the Youth Appreciation in December. The other top three youth in each age group will receive a gift.
